    Pricing is based on real market conditions, origin, availability and seasonal factors. For open market sales pricing reflects current market rates. For programmed supply pricing is agreed and fixed at the outset of the programme period.

  • How quickly can you fulfil an order?

    Lead times vary depending on the product, the origin and the supply model. For open market product that is currently available lead times can be short. For sourced or programmed supply we will give you a clear timeline at the point of enquiry.

  • Title or What certifications do your growers hold?

    We only work with growers who hold the relevant certifications for their product and target buyer channel — typically GlobalGAP as a baseline, with BRCGS, organic and ethical trade certifications where required. We are happy to provide certification documentation for any product we supply.

    Yes. If you are looking for a specific product or variety that is not currently listed we will do our best to source it through our grower network. Get in touch with the details and we will advise on availability and lead time.

    Quality issues are taken seriously and managed transparently. If you receive product that does not meet the agreed specification get in touch immediately and we will assess the issue, report on it honestly and work to find a fair and appropriate resolution
